#NextChapter #NotDoneYet #CareerTransition
After years of leading teams, driving strategy, and building toward big goals, stepping away from a role isn’t as simple as flipping a switch.
You leave behind more than a job — you leave behind people you’ve invested in, problems you’ve helped solve, and a sense of purpose that shaped your days. And as any leader knows, sometimes the most important decision is recognizing when it’s the right time to step aside — to create space for others to lead, and for yourself to reflect.
This pause isn’t empty space. It’s where clarity lives.
It’s where you process lessons learned, recognize the impact made, and reset your perspective for what’s next.
Interestingly, when you step away, many assume you’re headed into retirement.
Not quite.
I have too much energy, experience, and passion left to offer — and plenty of new challenges I’m eager to take on.
Great leadership includes knowing when to move forward and when to pause — both require courage.
Grateful for the work, the people, and the road ahead.
